You may have noticed that it’s been quiet around here lately. That’s because the Parkeology staff has been packing up crates of old park maps, cataloging our collection of vintage Orange Bird merchandising, and wrapping our miniature ceramic Swan Boats in newspaper for a big move.

That’s right, after listening to us grumble over our inexplicable incompetence when it comes to Blogger’s blogging interface, we have decided to bite the bullet and move to a different hosting location.

What does this mean for you? Hopefully nothing at all, other than maybe we can make the parkeology process a more efficient and satisfying experience, corporate mumbo jumbo, and so forth. All our vast, rambling content is still available, and should be more accessible than ever.

But there will be a short period while the internet catches up with our big announcement, so bear with us through what are sure to be a few headaches in the short term.

In the meantime, what’s up with Dumbo getting FastPass? What is that all about? They basically doubled capacity, introduced a waiting area with pagers, and NOW they think they need FastPass? Crazy.

Anyway, we’re throwing the switch effective immediately. Parkeology is now 101. Full E-Stop. Refurbishing for your future enjoyment. Remain in your vehicle.
